I worked as Director of Crisis Simulation Services, planning and managing mock crisis scenarios for ~8 committees. I worked with point people to draft crisis arcs for for their committees and organized crisis staff to execute planned and spontaneous crisises on the day of the conference. I worked with my directing team and advisors to create a ~200 person virtual conference in the beginning of COVID setting a precedent for how virtual Model UN conferences are hosted in the future. |

I think I burned out in the beginning of COVID which negatively affected my performance for some of the time organizing the conference. Next time I'll take better measures to recognize and handle burnout such that I can work at my full potential. |
