I began designing this website by deciding what features I needed and why I wanted to build it: to display more portfolio in a more creative and comprehensive way. To capture the aesthetic I wanted to go for, I browsed work from a few design studios I like for inspiration, then I picked out a typeface to base the rest of the design around. I just used my notebook, not Figma, for some quick mockups to save time and also since I don't have to communicate my vision to anyone else as this is a solo project. I designed the logo with Illustrator.
